In November 2013 we planted 400 Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut trees from Piedmont and, after the first few years necessary for the plants to adapt to this environment, we reached the tenth year, when the hazelnut grove entered production.
The hazelnut grove is dedicated to our little Greta who, looking from up there, makes this place so magical… It was born
In the summer of 2018 we collected the first fruits of nature and with them we made 500 packs of Greta's spreadable cream and 200 packs of Baci di Greta, appreciated right away.
Inspired by traditional recipes and maintaining excellence in production, other delicacies such as Le trottoline, La Bascaprina and Salina were born in 2020.
It is in the spring of 2022, with the creation of our artisan laboratory, that our hazelnut begins to play with chocolate, a combination of exceptional taste that sees the encounter between hazelnut and high quality artisan chocolate.
Our handcrafted toasted hazelnuts covered in chocolate are born, which we call Le Nosette because fascinated by the reading of ancient documents of the castle of Bascapé which narrate the existence in the park of the castle of a garden called "le nosette" where since ancient times hazelnuts were grown hazelnuts .
To complete the collection of our products there are our bars of chocolate and chopped hazelnuts called Cosi Cosi and Bolle Bolle, a crunchy chocolate shell that encloses a creamy hazelnut and chocolate paste.
