Our adventure begins with the collection of hazelnuts that we dry naturally in the sun for a few days, so they are ready for the shelling phase.
The next step is an initial selection to then be calibrated and arrive in the laboratory for the air roasting phase.
After a further selection, we thus have a perfectly toasted hazelnut, ready to be used as a raw material for the subsequent processing phases, our products are born through artisanal recipes.
