• 150 g of 00 flour
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 150 g of room temperature butter
• 30 g of bitter cocoa
• 1 pinch of salt
• 150 g of granulated sugar
• 60 ml of milk
• 2 eggs
• 100 g of dark chocolate
For the frosting
• 500 g of mascarpone
• 100 g of condensed milk
• 200 ml of cream
• 250 g of Greta's cream

In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate with the milk and leave to cool.
With electric whips, whip the butter with the sugar. When the mixture is frothy, add the eggs and continue beating.
Add the flour that you will have mixed with the cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add the milk with the chocolate, mix well until you have a smooth dough without lumps.
Now you can fill your paper cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes in a ventilated oven at 170 degrees.
The frosting ingredients must all be very cold from the fridge. Except for Greta's cream Combine mascarpone, cream and condensed milk and whip with electric whisks, when everything is firm, manually add the hazelnut cream, incorporating it delicately. Put the cream obtained in a pastry bag and let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
